Northern Light Healing Zone! - Health Empowerment Through Education

Practitioners at the Healing Zone bring many different gifts to this unique office yet share the same foundational beliefs in providing the best possible service for our clients.  All of our practioners truly enjoy working with people and teaching them how to achieve and maintain optimal health, not just "doing their thing" and leaving the room.

Naturopathic Health!   -  Lynn Wright ND, MSN

Lynn received her naturopathic training from Trinity College of Natural Health in Warsaw, Indiana and is Board Certified in Integrative Medicine.  She has been a registered nurse for over 20 years and holds a masters degree in nursing, as well as a masters in metaphysics.  Lynn worked as a critical care clinical nurse specialist in cardiothoracic surgery and has had a long-time interest in integrative practices.

"I have great respect for allopathic (traditional) medicine," says Lynn.  "It definitely has its place.  I feel that for chronic issues complimentary medicine does a better job, as it focuses more on the causes of the disorder than the symptoms."

Canine Comfort!   -  Mr. Snickers

When you visit the Healing Zone you will more than likely find Mr. Snickers on his favorite chair, the plaid one outside of Dr. Lynn's office.  He will probably bark and perhaps even growl, but it's just his way of letting you know that he's here.  Mr. Snickers loves children and works with the other practitioners to help make the little one's time here less stressful.  He also wants to remind everyone that most of our practitioners work with animals as well as humans.

Max is here not only to give comfort, but to receive it.  He has had a bit of emotional trauma in his life and is a bit on the neurotic side.  So give him a bit of time to warm up to you.  If you're a fan of canine hugs, get to know Max...he LOVES to give hugs!

       Acupuncture with Blake!

Blake Stoveken graduated from the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine in Montclair, NJ.  He lives in Dingmans Ferry with his wife and totally adorable daughter.  Blake also works out of his home office and does community acupuncture at his facility in Milford, PA, Worker Bee Acupuncture.
"I haven't really been doing this for all that long but I've already developed quite a following, and I know I'm getting great results.  Like anything natural, it sometimes takes more than one visit to resolve an issue, so you can't always reasonably expect a 'one-time fix.'   I love this work and enjoy getting to know my clients."
